• Pre-hire meeting to get to know each other

• Unlimited communication throughout pregnancy

• Health and wellness tips as needed

• At least two prenatal meetings covering condensed childbirth education, birth plan assistance, and labor support overview

• Assistance in finding other resources or support within the birth community

• Education on counter pressure, labor positions, and relaxation techniques

• Experienced and trusted back-up doulas if needed

• Consistent contact during early labor

• Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor; helping you in informed decision-making

• Supporting your partner and/or other support persons; offering suggestions and reassurance

• Encouragement and reminders of your unique birth and labor goals

• Remaining with you for at least one hour post delivery for assistance in first feeding and any other postpartum questions or needs

• One postpartum visit 1-2 weeks after birth to check-in, reflect on birth experience, answer newborn care questions, and feeding support as needed

Nanny Support

Occasional Shift

$34 per hour, +$2 per subsequent kid

You would choose this option if you were looking for a sitter for the occasional date night, to help with the kids as you get stuff done around the house, or if you need a sitter while you go to a meeting/run errands.

Overnights

$204 per night, +$5 per subsequent kid

$34 per daytime hours, +$2 per subsequent kid

You would choose this option if you are looking for a sitter for your weekend getaway.

Daytime hours (7 am - 7 pm)

Nighttime hours (7 pm - 7 am)
